Changes

It is unfortunate but we have to institute a new payment plan. Please pay cash on drop off or before you pick up your dog, do an etransfer. We prefer cash. We understand convenience but we are having to chase people to get paid - not just 1 but many. This is unfortunate. At times, people insist they paid by etransfer and we have no record of an etransfer. We have to take up much time checking online and calling the bank.

It takes weeks at times to get paid, if at all. It is frustrating. This is our livelihood and no one else gives services and either allows you not to pay or forces you to chase them. I do not want to say I can't take your dog(s) as we were not paid previously. I literally hate being in this situation. If you do not know the total, ask ahead of time. To those that pay on time and bonus give me a tip for grooming - I so appreciate you. I only get half the grooming fee and that goes to supplies. Tips are mine. The rest goes to our expenses. Sorry for being so explicit. At this moment we are waiting for 3 payments.

We so need a solution. Sorry....

The dogs have been playing in and out today. If the snow is dirty - it is Dennis fault. LOL He keeps trying to shovel and pour hot water and all the crazy things he does but we had a full house so forgive him and I don't edit the photos. I do not have time.

We played many games today and the dogs are exhausted but had a ton of fun. Nathan shopped and bumped into the delivery guy for chips for Loblaws. He asked why just the small Ms Vickies and was told the large are at Walmart. Loblaws no longer has the large size. Imagine that. I so hate Loblaws.

We are in the melting stage. Every bit of snow is slip sliding away off the gazebo roofs. The dogs watched me get hit by some. How stupid am I?
