I am hopeful we will have more photos today. So far, not but here is one of Ollie and Ollie messy as ever.
We will see how the day unfolds. All I can say is the floors keep getting muddy and so do the dogs.
I am crossing my fingers 5 ways to Sunday that my ipad will get repaired today. We shall see. And it did - hooray!

Friday, December 8, 2023 at 12:56AM Dennis has become stingy with number of photos but it is muddy and I get that.
Dogs still had fun today but we need it to get colder and snow or freeze so our floors are not muddy and feet and under carriages do not need to be clean.
I am going to post my schedule as people are asking. I am doing groomings in the afternoon. I sleep from 730 till noon then 530 to 730-8pm. I feed every 2 hours and Nathan does the feedings while I sleep. I am feeding a finger tip of Mousse to Alanza each feeding. Nathan does not so far. Her bowels so far are okay. My goal is to extend her feedings to 3 hours vs. 2 but we are not there yet. So, there you have it. It is labour intensive.
I do comb out dogs between. Do laundry - try to eat. I do give snuggles to the dogs.
My ipad is dead and in shop awaiting a repair. They said Tuesday. Nathan tried to talk them into tomorrow. We shall see. I use my ipad to take videos of the pups upstairs at night so trying to find a solution. Have a solution to see not record.
Dogs, as I type are watching tv with Nathan. They really enjoy this part of the night beyond snuggling in bed.

We will be updating this blog after I get up from my sleep. For now we have a light dusting of snow on the ground. They are calling for icy rain. Seems like a bit more snow arrived as you will see in the gallery. I was able to watch during the night. Rain has not come yet.
Nathan cut his finger yesterday and had to have 4 stitches. Instead of a nap, he got to sit at a clinic in Thornhill as not everyone does stitches, it seems.
I am off to bed in an hour only to start the night again. It's another day but a fun day!

This will be a short blog. The dogs have been playing like crazy. They are truly enjoying each other. Jax - much to Yoshi's irritation will be going home. They play so much, it is so nice to see. Ms Tenshi will also be departing. Harlow will like having her pillow just to herself or will she?

As we had to do trash and recycling and forgot till I remembered, Dennis was up extra late so I didn't get a nap in before this all nighter and the adult dogs that are sleeping with Dennis went up late. We were off kilter but I bet they get enough sleep to play like banshees when they get up today.
Monday, December 4, 2023 at 6:18AM We have dogs coming, dogs departing and I have groomings to do after I wake up. This blog may be late. Maybe it will be non existence except for this. It depends how the day goes.

1 grooming didn't come. I hope they are okay.
Dogs are playing in and out and enjoying the snowless day.
My schedule is I am grooming in the afternoon. I go to bed at 730am. I wake up about 12-1230. I do a 530pm feeding and then go to bed for a couple of hours then I am up from 8 for the night. I am not adjusting yet but trying.
I brush out a dog here and there. For instance Logan and Panda are departing shortly and I will brush them out before I go for my nap. Each time I find a wondow, I brush out a dog. It's a day.
We are managing but this is new territory.
Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 5:06AM I started this blog in the wee hours. Dogs are now sleeping. I am awaiting 530am to do a feeding and looking forward to sleep. Hopefully I will be so tired I do not hear the door nor the activity in the house.
We shall see.
I did hear all the activity and now I am trashed. This all night stuff is really draining me and I need to do the Nami pup play in the hall. Nathan is at Loblaws so I may be doing it alone. We shall see.
The dogs mostly played indoors as we have had rain, rain and more rain. Dogs do go outside and come back in lookinging like I feel, I bet! It's a riot.

Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 6:17AM It is our anniversary and we are hoping to fit in some downtime. Will I update the blog? To be honest I have not had any downtime. I woke up, groomed, fed pup, did Nami pups play session and now blogging. Nathan is off to the Keg to get some food and wonderful Sherry brought me muffins.
I still have to upload puppy videos. Then I get to go to bed after eating. Oh boy...
Even dinner is challenging as I go to bed at 530pm and that means eating before then. It's not the usual but we are going to attempt to make the best of it.
As you will see the dogs had a blast despite the wetness. They really are a wonderful crew. Everyone loves each other.

This blog will be updated hopefully later today. I need photos, 1st. Everyone is sleeping at the moment - dogs and all.
I want you to know I brushed out Spirit and especially Misty and look at her now. I about died laughing. Guess I will have to do her again tonight after I get up. I am off to bed at 530 and really dragging today.
Dash arrived for a grooming and was such a good boy! He had a blast and will depart shortly.
Dogs were playing in and out today.
Thank you to Phyllis for bringing a Costco rottiserie chicken. Gone about 20 minutes after it arrived. I am kidding you not. So easy to just eat and not have to cook.
It is Nathan and my anniversary on the 2nd and we are figuring out takeout but funny it has to be no later than 530 as I go to bed 545pm till 9. LOL I am hoping Nathan gets me a magnificent orchid just so I can brighten my mood. I think I will just get takeout and a snooze in bed. I will take just feeling alive and human.
Dogs are now eating and barking as Dash's mom came to the door. It's a normal fun day!
I think the night shift is killing me. Not sure how Dennis does it but I guess I will adjust.
Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 2:54PM The play was fine today with a light dusting of snow. The dogs LOVED it! They ran. They played and then they napped.
Nothing like fun play on a cool day. Will it snow more? Who knows.
As I type, they are all literally napping after the last play session. It's a quiet house, at the moment.

Ms Skylar departs today. She had so much fun!
We didn't get enough to call it snow. Perhaps we can call it a slight dusting but the dogs are enjoying the cool. What are you sniffing, Lachlan.
Dogs had a blast. Cassie since she has had her heat is calmer - still playful but not sewing her oats. Wow and she is highly affectionate. It's interesting.
Logan and Panda departed today. Gallan has heart surgery like Nathan on the 9th. We wish him well. It is a process but he will feel better coming out the other side.
The dogs are heavily playing today. It must be the briskness of it.
I am eating terrible and still not adjusted to this schedule. Now that Nathan can feed the puppy, I can groom and not fret about her feeding. That was weighing on my heavily so I have a solution. Solutions come as you go.
I am going to try to get Nathan to go to Costco for the chickens. How long can it take?

Monday, November 27, 2023 at 5:26AM Dogs are now sleepig with Dennis and Nathan. They split up the dogs. They will come down at 7am and by 730am I will crawl into bed.
It has been rather wet outside so I am hopeful that Pingo will stay nice. I will brush him out before I head to bed, I suppose or Nathan can. It will depend on how tired I am. He isn't going home till 2pm so I suppose I can do him then. Mom and Dad just got married so wild applause and congrats going their way.
It did snow though it is melted now and it is awfully cold and windy. Dogs reflect that. I am grooming each but I will tell you Cassie and Ollie hide when I want to brush them out. This is silly - you two. I do not hurt you but you would prefer to be ragamuffins.
Dogs are arriving - no one other than Pingo is departing.
It's cold - oh I did say that already. LOL
Sunday, November 26, 2023 at 5:34PM It's been a day. With my sleeping schedule, I do the grooming when it works. Pingo was supposed to go at 11am so I just finished him knowing I would be sleeping. Now to keep him clean.
If anyone is going to Costco and coming here, can you get me 2 rotisserie chickens cooked at I will pay you for them. We love them and the moms love them too. Let me know. Just with this schedule we can't go and 2 chickens is not enough to do delivery.
Ms Kally also got groomed for departure tonight.
It is wonderful that if I am grooming longer, Nathan can now do the feedings. This is the 1st time in all the years that he has done feedings on a pup. He can do it and he is when I can't stop to do it. She si on a strict 2 hours feeding schedule 24 hours a day and its working so some stress is now off me. That feels better. He is also good at it as you have to do it the right way so she doesn't get too much at once.
It was a bit cool out today but the dogs loved it. The dogs are now playing a fun game of hide and seek with Dennis. They adore the game.
Tomorrow I am combing out my dogs here and there. We are getting into the groove. LOL

If you need grooming, please do not go elsewhere. I do need the $$ and well I know 2 that went elsewhere as I was busy with Alanza and they are shaved down to the skin. So, just send me mail. I will fit them in. Now that Nathan can feed Alanza while I groom, it will be fine.

But we survived. Dogs are playing, departing and tomorrow is a new day.

Thursday, November 23, 2023 at 4:19PM Pingo has taken a liking to Cassie or is that Cassie has taken a liking to Pingo? I am not sure. Bonham went really? Cassie noticed him and started to full out play with him. The relationships they create are wonderful.
Tomorrow is dental day. I have a puppy to feed and lots of grooming and I think many dogs getting their teeth clean so this blog will be short.
Nathan also has a birthday paty for a friend he is attending on Saturday. I was so looking forward to it but can't with my 2 hour window with feeding a pup but I did make a slate piece for the event that came out really nice. I juggled that into my schedule today. They haver wonderful food for this event. Oh well - he will enjoy. LOL
Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 4:33PM Despite the rain, they did manage to go outdoors but messy they achieved. LOL Harlow, I had to pick leaves out in every direction.
We also had a day with Lulu playing with her momma, Nami. Plus Willow with Cassie. It has been an entirely fun day for the dogs. Me, it has been crazy busy.
I am still trying hard to fit everything in. Friday we have the dental clinic so if you haven't asked Nathan and you want to do it - please send him mail. Time is out after tomorrow.
I also have 3 dogs to groom on Friday and can't do anymore between the clinic, grooms and feeding a puppy. I so need some down time.
But as you can see, I was above playing with Nami and Lulu. It was fun!
Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 3:33PM Pippin departs tonight. We are keeping him dry. He has been groomed. The dogs are getting mighty messy. It was supposed to be snow.
I am tired so I am not going to do a big blog but Dennis is about to run with the dogs upstairs to chase their willys out.
They have fun no matter what the weather is.
