Hot Hot Short Blog

Oh my was it mighty hot out today. We are still struggling getting videos uploaded so we have to try to play catchup tomorrow. I am done being frustrated.

Here's one video to get you by.

Pups are wonderful but we got sidetracked swimming. Imagine that!

I will get the videos up tomorrow.

Big Stick

Who has the biggest stick? Have to laugh at this crew. They are teething so they are chewing but most have almost all their baby teeth in. They ate hard food for the first time last night. They aren't crazy about it but if hungry they will eat. Till now its been softened. The LOVE Starter mousse.

The crew just came in from their last play outdoors. They are getting so agile as you will see in this video.

Patty Cake

Doesn't it look like the pup is trying to play patty cake? It's adorable. Only had 1 video make it online today. It was titled, last Friday as 18. It is the last Friday. Come Tuesday they will be the crew of 15. On top of everything else I was doing, I was doing paperwork for the pups going to Paulas. So now till they all depart will be busy times but swim I did not do today even though the weather was perfect for it. I am hoping tomorrow is the day after Pet Expo. We shall see.

Nathan had his foot done so no pool for him till Sunday. Let's hope it works this time.

Pups had a total blast with Inula and on the grass. One even manages to climb up on the chair and jumps off with glee. Hoping you enjoy this video seeing its the only one that made it after trying all afternoon.

Covered Toe

Well Nathan didn't get to play with the pups as much as he wanted to. He's been sick. He's had a toe issue etc and it seems tomorrow he gets the toe redone by Cha Cha and Satch's Daddy. Yes, he's a foot doctor. Of course its one day before the Pet Expo but hey he did that already. :-)

We will be on the lookout for treats that we will be adding to our bags to go home. Maybe they will have some toys.

We will be doing the wet and dry photos of each pup before they go home. So much to do to prepare and get ready that when it is all done, I feel like sleeping for a week but never did it with 17 (1 is staying).

Oh well, the pups had a blast but so did the adults here.

I just commented to Nathan today that I was surprised at how much food, pads and wash we do. It's actually an insane amount. One has to laugh. So different with just 1 vs. 18.

Well here are some videos to get you by:

So how did we do? Wonderful. We are all in wonderful shape. We didn't fuss or vomit in the car or have an accident and you have to remember we were in the car and at the vets for a VERY long time. Bravo little ones. We are so proud of you. They were taken right out to the back and they did their duty immediately.

From what I heard moms were frantic as pups were gone so long. This is the start of them adjusting.

Pups got an antler (2 for each crate) and SHARED. They were simply amazing. All 18 wow what grand pups!

Here is the gallery.

Creative Water Times

When we were at the vets the 9 that didn't go today had a fun time in a creative water device. Yes, this is what goes under your pots and it is now a water wading device. Here's the gallery.

Dennis and Tracy came up with a fun way for the pups to cool off and have fun. Hats off to them for being so creative! If it remains warm they may do it again with the Spice pups.

Too Hot Cooling Pad

There's a cooling pad under that blanket and as soon as they realized that, they were hogging the pad. Some were very smart about it too. Then they had an indoor play session and they were wild. Wild play indoors while I am trying to blog. oh boy. Nathan is waiting for tv time. I am trying to get done here. Seriously crazy.

Blogs are short today. We will give you galleries and videos after we play catchup after vets etc. Things should quiet down by Wednesday. hahahaha

Here's a couple of videos to get you by.
