Last Family Visit Afternoon

Here is the gallery from the afternoon visit.

Well that concludes our last puppy visit. Pups of Sage can go home starting on the 27th and Misty's can also go home that week just in the latter part of that week. 

We are going to miss the pups. Glad one will remain.

I need to make, order, do lots of things. I can't do anything till after everyone knows who their dog is and what date they are picking up plus all the pertinent info. That means I will be in a crunch to stand on my head and get all accomplished but we will get it done.

All of these pups are fabulous. I found them to be a very easy crew other than work. They didn't offer any challenges that had us helping them along the way with the exception of the 1 that will remain. She got into a serious fear stage which she appears to be getting out of finally. The rest are pretty confident and even temperament.

Please recognize that what you see on a visit is the day, the time, did I nap, am I tired etc. So also watch the videos and get your choices to us today or tomorrow, please.

Comfort

Even from a young age the pups enjoy comort and this continues into adulthood. 

Pups had a blast today and I am about to bring them upstairs again as Nathan is off so Dennis is on big dog duty.

Day After Vet Play

Pups had fun. They will soon be upstairs for their 3rd play session. They are really sleeping all night now. Bravo, little ones. 

They really enjoy their play sessions. They also love this big animal pillow that they love jumping on and jumping off. They are now really good at running.

Vet Visit

This is Misty's gal and she weighs 3lb 8 oz. She was the 1st to go through her checkup and all the pups actually watched.

This is Misty's boy. He weighs 3lb 8oz. We thought the scale aws broken so we tried the moms and nope - they are just consistent.

They did really well and even the vet was impressed at their temprement.

They played and enjoyed. Hope they do not remember the kitchen as their ouch room. Time will tell.

There are no losers here. All pups are wonderful in personality and in health. 

Baths All Together Now

Here is the gallery of their 2 play sessions. I won't be taking one of the 3rd. The bath gallery is on Sage's blog. You will also find a few videos.

They were really good in the bath and only fussed minimally with the dryers. They were so good and they feel so silky. 

They have all grown. You will see tomorrow the vet photos and how much they weigh. No one is so tiny that I have to worry about vaccines. You can't vaccinate a puppy under 2 lbs. 

I did the bath and blow dry all by myself. I also have been doing the play sessions with Nathan coming up for a few minutes. He cleaned their pen and I set it up for them to have comfort at bedtime. 

Pups are really quite fun these days. Wait till you see them on Saturday!

I am massively tired and the day is not over.

They were playing tug toy on their own. No one got them interested in these games except Misty who teaches them all sorts of things. It is nice how she shows them the way and she is good at it. 

Tomorrow is Dennis day off. Today is mine though it's a semi day off. I think tomorrow when I bathe the pups, I will not be taking photos of them wet and dry. I will before they depart. Instead, I am going to try to do one litter than the next litter. I hope you do not mind but they will have had 3 baths before departure setting them up for bath conditioning and dryers and yes, clippers. We will once again do the wet and dry photos before departure. Tomorrow I will do one or two dry photos so I can have the

Well, Let's Play

They really are at this fun stage of attempts, try and try again and succeed. They really enjoy the run game with human Nathan and with Misty. Misty loves the run game. She gets the pups chasing her. It is a riot.

Pups will get another bath this week too. Very busy week indeed!

Kitchen Time

Visiting is always a great thing to do. The pups getting to play with new faces and in the kitchen again, no less. 

We had a great time - well Nathan did. I was doing sublimation things for our visitors. I was fast too. 

I so missed a bunch, I am sure but hopefully I caught enough for you to enjoy. Not sure why Nathan doesn't take photos or videos but it is what it is. 

The pups enjoyed, I am told and I got to see some of it so I will agree with the enjoyment.

With a Purpose

This boy walks with a purpose. He is so loving. I just enjoy him so much.

The pups are really something else. They are so full of life and fun. You would enjoy them each and every day like I do, I imagine.

Masters at Work

Pups are perfecting their skills and well getting better at it each day. This gal is ever so fast in her run. Her brother is just as agile but she is so fast when running. I sit down on the floor and they both come running to me. It makes you feel ever so good!

Tired of All This Play

I have to tell you that they play and play then they drop. What I mean about dropping is they just lay down in the midst of everyone and catch some shut-eye. Don't you wish you could do that? I do.

Usually this one is one of the last pups standing but midstream she was getting some shut-eyr and I can't blame her. Naps are a good thing when you can get them. For me, that is rare but I remember. LOL

On the 18th the pups have their checkups. On the 21st they have their visit and then starting around the 26th they will be going home. How did that all happen so fast?

The pups are delightful. They jump in your lap, up your leg and well have to be told not to chew my feet. But tehy will get past that.

Is It Me You're Looking For?

If you look at this gal, she has the start of black strands coming through. Her coat will change. If I didn't already have a puppy from this line, this would be the keeper. I say this as she is the friendliest puppy and Misty does make the most happiest puppies ever. They all turn out like her - happy, lovee. They are always so excited to see you. I really wish she could remain.

She was having a blast today. She was grabbing misty's tail and it was such a riot! Made me laugh!

Play and Fly

Fun was had by all upstairs today and they are upstairs again as I am typing.

Run, play and try to leap through the air is their latest antics. Both moms are playing like crazy with them. They do not play this way till they are mostly weaned. They really did not have any milk left today.

When they are feeding, they do not allow moms to play. They just descend on her like locusts not allowing moms to just enjoy. When the feeding stops, the focus can be learning and play. That is what is going on now.
