I have a ton of grooming and yes I combed Tenshi out today but does she look like it? She looks mighty cute though. This always happens just before pups and no teh whelping box etc is NOT ready and it is Dennis B-day that I vowed I would take off but can't so Nathan best muster carrying his weight. LOL

As we had the vet today (See Sage blog), I have yet to comb out the crew but I will right after blogs. You didn't think I was going to put my feet up and watch tv, did you? LOL Now Nathan will... Dennis will take the pups out again with no photos or videos. That is why I did them this morning.
Tenshi, Daisy and Ripley arrived today. They are surely fascinated by the birds. I swear the birds just now (was just out with them) are screaming - where is the warmth?
Oh well busy day tomorrow grooming so I won't feel bad missing a warm day.
Ripley is a Kat boy and he has such a wonderful face.

If the sun comes out you are warm, If it goes, it is cool. I do believe the dogs love this inbetween no rain day.
Bailey was having the time of her life and then she comes in and sits next to Dennis in the chair. She so likes her spot. Brewer and Harlow was in and out of the bushes after a rabbit. I could not get them to focus on me. The delight of the chase was too great.
I think its spring. LOL

When the squirrels play and make those sounds, Tempie jumps up on the table to get a closer look and then the squirrels make louder noises and run away. Then Tempie lays down on the table resigned to the fun has departed. She does this quite a bit. She is very curious.
It rained most of the day and the sun is out now. I hope the rain stays away but they say all week. They still manage to find fun.

The dogs - well some went ewwww really wet feet - really? Ellie was not pleased as she kept lifting her paws like she is in this photo and Murphy was also avoiding the rain. I do not blame them. Some like it. Others do not. Those that like it create more work for the humans but much laughter watching their antics.
But due to rain everything is starting to look greener. That's a bonus!
Well, Nathan has stiff legs. He says they lay on him and he feels he can't move but still he sits there. LOL Our TV moments to treasure!

Due to the rain that has since stopped there are no photos. This cutie, Kally is now on her way home.
Despite the rain, the dogs had fun. Me, I cleaned feet etc way too much but they had fun. I hear it is supposed to rain all week. Go figure.
Tomorrow Murphy gal departs. Yesterday Murphy boy departed.
I also updated the puppy galleries and uploaded those videos.
Not much to report but the dogs are enjoying themselves even though Murphy gal says - rain - I don't think so.

This is getting pretty norm. I asked Nathan for 1 hour to not be responsible to do anything including having it just wait for me. Too bad its only going to be in the 60s tomorrow. Oh well...
Murphy gal, Bria and Kally are departing tomorrow so baths and cuts for 2 of them. Murphy boy departed tonight so just finished his groom about an hour ago. Harlow is here singing for her supper and very comfortable with all.
The dogs really enjoyed this weather. They had a ton of fun but I need to get blogs done before I need to do pen cleanup, water dishes and all that I do before crawling in bed. I have the windows open upstairs and the fans going. I hope it cools it down. The dogs were restless last night due to the heat.
Pool gets open on the 23rd but when we closed our heater was not working so we shall see what that brings. LOL

Rebel had her bath. Tomorrow the moms to be will have theirs. Tomorrow is supposed to be an absolutely warm day so I have to figure out how to be outside for some of it. Not sure I can but so want to.
Murphy arrived today and Sherry brought me a Dairy Queen sundae YUM! What a treat!
Dogs absolutely loved the outdoors and some remained indoors depending on what they wanted to do.
We played a treat game, a chase game and they laid all over Nathan while he tried to lay outside.
All was right in the world. heh

What an outstanding warm day.
Leo departed - missed! Bria, Ripley and Harlow arrived. Ripley comes once a week for a play day. Reggie got his bath yet again. He so needed it.
Dogs ran with Nathan and then with Dennis. They had a ton of fun. All th dogs ran except Sage and Spirit. They say rain tonight so glad we got the pups out. The adults sure enjoyed it!

I am late as I combed out this motley crew and oh boy what a wonderful warm day today.
They did get a comb out - honest - lol. Leo departs tomorrow and he gets groomed and bathed at the crack of dawn.
Kally joined us today and she is such a small cutie who is full of fun. She was all over Nathan when he sat otside on the zero gravity chair. Here's to warm weather despite the stay at home order.

Having issues with my computer so let's try text till I can figure it out. We had Luna and Daisy here and they looked so alike that it was scary. Who is who? We also had Ollie and Rusty here. Ellie, Reggie and Murphy was here. It was a busy house but most was here just for teh day and a fine day it was!
I can't believe it is going on 10 and here I am. Almost time for bed but got lots to do before I crawl into bed.
Thank you, Ronnie for bagels and the ice cream. When I have this much grooming, I tend to just drink water and forget about trying to eat otherwise I fall behind. So, a bagel and comb out multi-tasking was grand.

This is Panda. She is our Roxie's sister. She was owned by my good friend Lynda that has passed. It is almost Lynda's birthday so Lynda is in my thoughts. Her husband is in China with a return complicated by covid. Panda and Logan reside with the daughter and I am thankful I get to see them. I do think of Lynda each time I see them. I miss our chats, the meals and all of it. I still feel incredibly sad.
Panda and Logan had a blast today. Logan, to this day still hates a comb out but loves the massage, the treats so he goes okay... you have to. The moral of this story is persist.
We have Daisy, Ollie, Luna and Rusty coming tomorrow. Now that will be fun. Bella came for a visit and groom today.
Here I am blogging at what time? LOL Now on to the other blogs... It is tv time and Nathan is covered with dogs and I have dogs sitting at my feet as I type. I wish I was in the recliner. I do a lot of wishing. LOL

Another year celebrating with just mom, Bonnie, and myself. Once this pandemic is behind us, I will always cherish seeing and hugging my friends and family. Until then we adapt. Bonnie has been such a ray of sunshine through all of this....she is a treasure!

We had a really fun day. They all eventually got brushed and then did their best to get a mess again. That's okay.

Archie arrived this morning for a play date and he was out of his mind happy to see everyone. He played and played and played. Play dates are good for the soul.
As soon as I finish the blogs, I have to comb out everyone.
Murphy boy arrived. Harlow is departing tonight. Shlomo and Chloe departed - here for grooming and play. Shlomo got dirty out back so I had to redo his undersides and I was late getting him done.<sigh> But he had fun!
Reggie is the oy that he is having fun here. I need to give him a bath again.
The dogs actually had an exceedingly great play day today. Some were sailing through the air, on back feet - just enjoying life. It makes me happy when they are happy.

Stormy was thoroughly combed out this morning and this is her look this afternoon. Gad love her. She knows how to have fun and how to sunbake. Shall I comb her again?
Dennis didn't get too many photos in but everyone is having a great time.Leo has arrived for a few days. Ripley and Brewer arrived for the day.
Tomorrow is stores closed Good Friday and Sunday is Easter. For those that celebrate, I know we are in lockdown and I so wish we were not but start looking at learning a new thing to get you through the holiday. There is also a few days left to Passover. Hope the matzah is treating the tummy well.
Spirit and Sage's tummy is growing. Pups are looking at each other. Much to celebrate and avoid news. Be proactive and enjoy the havanese!
Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 8:11PM Sorry - as I told you yesterday, I will have late nights due to a grooming marathon before Easter. Now if we go into lockdown, maybe my load with lighten. It is always crazy just before any holiday.
Dogs had fun. It is feeling cooler. Marcie, Coco, Zoe, Noah and Murphy departed. Marcie and Coco was here for the day. These day visits are so good for them as they get an outlet too that is so necessary with these covid times.

We had Opus out in the hall with Spirit and Sage as they were eating their afternoon meal. Opus sniffed some but didn't eat. I guess it wasn't to his liking. Opus is such a doll and Raven remembers him. I think it made his day.
I am late blogging as I had a full day grooming. It's like that straight through till Saturday. I think it's the Good Friday/Easter spruce up. So, my blogs may be late. Didn't have a lot of dogs for Passover. hmmm
Dogs and Nathan truly enjoyed the weather. I told Nathan we opened the pool last year on April 14th. He said nah May. I said we have to get the heater fixed so April? We have this ongoing battle every year.
They say snow this week. Oh mother nature...

It snowed lightly this morning then got relatively hot. Dogs were confused. Me too. LOL Mother nature is keeping us on our toes. I mean it is still March.
Dennis is trying to get me to watch City on a Hill. I have watched the 1st. It reminds me of the Wire - that type of grittiness. I have an extremely full day grooming tomorrow so I may somewhat watch while I groom. We shall see.
Think I am going to quit and reboot the machine while I am ahead. Sorry about that. I am a computer geek from way back when. I need to figure out what is wrong.

This is a blast from the past day. It's raining. It is muddy and I have a class at 5pm that I need to do and won't have time to do much less.I will play catchup tomorrow.
