Over 24 Hours Now

Here is today's gallery. Pups are gaining quite well. In a 24 hour period they have all gained close to an ounce (7/8) to 1-1/8oz. This is amazing for the first 24 hours but realize she has so many milk stations and only 3 pups so milk is in abundance.

You will notice in some of the videos that they are quite active too.

Poor Jeannie has loose stools (typical with all moms and nothing to worry about). Her bum has to be cleaned each time and dried. So I now have my drier out that blows the water off of her quickly. She is very relaxed about eating and doing her business. She has the confidence the pups are fine but only for a short bit and then she has to get back.

Dennis said she did well last night. Nathan is driving the grandkids to school and well we are in wait for the others. We just hope it doesn't happen on Friday or Saturday as we have family gatherings and food to cook. (that should be funny). It is what it is.

Later today or tomorrow I will try to get Nathan to hold each pup to get photos of them upclose and personal. All 3 are tris. The gal is already an independent one.

The boys are so active considering they are less than a day old. The gal is so pretty and so independent. Jeannie is such an attentive but chilled-out Mom...love it!

Are they as soft as they look?

Jeannie and Caddie, your babies look marvellous! The boys are so animated, and the girl has her beauty sleep. I cannot wait to know more about their personalities, when the time will come. With their parent's genes, I think they are affectionate too.
