26 Days

Pups are actively engaging in playing these days. What is interesting is they do this with the siblings but they also do this with the other 2 crew. See the gallery in Roxie's blog to see a series of photos with the sibling play. The photos are in with all the rest.

They do engage back. I had a theory that the younger I placed them together the better it will be and easier to mesh the 3 together. It is working. It will be as if it has always been by weeks end. Little by little the crew is exploring and cuddling with non siblings. No one is trying to hurt anyone or smoosh anyone.

Now this could never occur if the moms didn't get along like they do. Seriously not all do but for some reason I have always managed to have moms that do get long and not only get along but they help each other.

Jane Waring gave us a blanket for each of the moms but Dennis set up the pen today reducing the size. Yes, reducing the size. More on this in Spice's blog. So, watch tomorrow to see these blankets. They are ready for the next change out.

Denis was smart to decrease the size of the pen. It definitely works and seems to encourage the interaction. Too many great things to comment on, so will simply say how much I'm enjoying the blogs.

So cute...I saw a Spice pup snuggling with the Roxie puppies and a Jeannie pup cuddling with the Spice puppies. Speaking of cute...Jeannie's gal playing with the ball! Those Jeannie boys try to get food wherever they can find it.
