This is what the mating dance looks like. See the gallery and the video. But when it is time she lets him connect.

Thank you for putting the video up. I always wonder how they "dance" to entice each other. Do they dance for a few minutes only or they do it for half an hour?

Such beautiful dancers! Loved it! Stone is truly Envy's son, a gentleman.:)

Yes, Stone is a big boy but still in standard. :-)

The ritual is different for each. Truffie kisses their neck, snuggles and then mates. The girls like to dance and the boys comply. How much time they do it for depends on if they are ready or not. We have had some males that want none of it but the deed itself. The girls usually do not have patience for these types.

The girls control it all.

Stone's colouring is really beautiful. Can't wait to see the pups ! My dogs do a dance like that all the time just in playing. I didn't realize it was a mating ritual. I have 2 spayed females and a neutered male.

Love this video! You can tell Leti is in charge, amazing to watch.

Maureen:

Yes, girls play that way but it's a tad different when in heat. It's more of a frantic, quick, quick and show your bum experience. Hard to explain.
