We have a puppy drop in tonight and alrhough I am not up to it, I am it. So short this is.
Pups are wonderful beings - truly are. They play like crazy. Never cry to get out but of course they have each other, They come out for play sessions about 4 to 5 times a day.

I have to get the pups out again for play.
Next Thursday I do two baths and Friday 2 go home and I do 2 baths. The same on Sunday. Then I get to invest a lot of time with Leti.
Pups have had a ton of fun today but if I sit on the floor it is truly impossible to take videos but it surely makes you laugh.

The 3rd born male sable boy we are waiting.
The chocolate girl - Talemaker's Sweet Cocoa Treat Call name Cocoa
The 1st born darkest sable - Talemakers Mad About You - Call name Madison or Maddi
We have 2 going on Friday, 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. We originally had only 1 on Sunday and 1 on Monday. We asked the Monday people to come Sunday. Usually we do not do this but it will be hard on the last if they stay an extra day. We are not in the business of getting them out the door but we care for the pups and the mom. I watched Leti and the pups this morning. Leti is highly attached to this last one going home. She loves them all but spends extra time with her. I gather she reminds her of Spirit. If she stays the extra day Leti will assume she is staying as she will have to come on our room to sleep. It will also make it more difficult for the pup to transition.
So for pup and mom Sunday is best. For us sometime next year and then again never.... hahaha
Pups played upstairs today. It's damp wet out. I gave them this puzzle game of find the treat. One was even banging the toy saying more treats please so I did and back at it they were. The find the treat puzzle games are great for them.
I am going to miss this crew.

This is the last full week as 6. Next Friday 2 will go home but if I do not get the pertinent info so I can complete everything, it may be delayed. One has to do this ahead of time. Well, I need to fit it in among holiday, groomings, puppies and on and on. So, please indulge me.
Pups are doing stairs rather well. They run up and down them. Momma Leti is having fun with them trying to get them to run. You will see it in the videos.
I have had a long day as it was just me as Nathan and Dennis were at the dentist for the morning. I took the dogs to the front to watch me groom and I watched them and the puppies. No photos, no video. I was too busy. 3 times the door bell rang and I had to shuffle them away from the door to answer. The puppies thought it was a game and went running every which way.

Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 6:00PM The pups don't mind this crazy weather. It seems Nathan doesn't either.
Nathan is back out there with them again. He is enjoying the fresh air. I am typing and getting the blog done.
Time to get everything ready for the puppy packs going home. Still waiting for deliveries with treats etc and Nathan has to go pick up food for everyone.
It is hard to believe we are down to the last week.

The pups had a few play sessions upstairs and then they got to play on the pool cover.
How did they do on the cover - no problem. They had a blast. leti also tried to get them to chase her. It was a riot!

This is the first born gal. She happens to be Nathan's fave as she is so much like Spirit. We don't have faves though... well I don't. I love them all. :-)
The pups are now eating unsoftened food. When they ate their moms food, well it was time.
They are enjoying mad, fun play upstairs. Going to miss the pitter patter.

Retirement is treating Christine well. She looks fabulous. She had a great time with the pups, I think.
We are not taking the pups out as the deck is wet and damp so they were playing in the front hall downstairs. Later on they will be upstairs playing.
I wasn't on the floor as this back went you overdid. It is what it is.

What an adorable puppy. That look!
It was cold outside but the pups had quite a few play sessions outside. The pool will be closing Wednesday so hopefully by Thursday we have pups flying across the cover. Wednesday it will be too wet as it always is when the cover goes on.
I had a ton of grooming to do today so I didn't take videos but Nathan took 1 or 2. Sorry about that. It's been one of THOSE days.

One was at 11 and the other at 2. There was a good reason to separate out the 2, so we did.
It was colder than I like. Pups lasted a lot longer due to it. I think when they depart, we will be doing it in the kitchen.
If you haven't sent us your request for a pickup date, please do so as soon as you can.
Check out the videos. I am uploading them and Dennis is nagging me to repot and bring in plants. So, a short blog it is. I also have grooming to do.
Pups are sleeping and I wish I was too. LOL I may have to put on the heat. Imagine that!
