Pile Up

Pups are all healthy, injected and survived. They were all wonderful!

When we take them to the vets it is a big production. I start the day before getting crates ready, supplies ready in case we have any that get car sick or have accidents. No one had any issues in any of the three litters.

So, all the preparation in case they did have issues was for nothing? You never know. You can get into a stop and go and create issues and you can't tell if you are going to have that sort of traffic till you are on your way so it is best to be prepared.

We had smooth sailing though it was snowing from Port Hope on to Colborne and the same in return?

Funny I was car sick as I hadn't eaten all day. I was too busy.

We don't take moms with us - we used to. Why? When the pups cry when they get injected the moms really, really get stressed. So we have learned to leave them at home with Dennis.

When the moms saw the pups they were out of their minds delighted.

Now the pups are out of their pen after eating heartily and playing up a storm. Me, I am awfully tired and always am after this.

Can't believe a visit in 3 days. Hoping no one is sore tomorrow!
