Roxie's Boys Day 3

The growing belly. All pups are gaining and momma Roxie is taking care of them ever so well. Here is a gallery today. Nathan appeased me and held them for me so you could see each. They were wiggly little things. The browns are going to have many colours in their coat and the black and white, we will see how that turns out.

Here are videos from last night and today.

look at
Roxie's eyes as she watches Nathan handle her pups. True love telling Nathan to be careful.

Yes, mom's are attentive. They trust but its their babies. Got to make sure they are well taken care of. :-)

Roxies pups gained 1 oz each the last 24 hours. They are doing well.

They really are terrific Moms, truly. The Browns are new to me. I don't think I have seen a brown born before unless it has completely slipped my mind. And, then there's the Patches clone except for that great tail. Lol

Beautiful! They have grown for sure. Looking healthy, happy and content! Happy Thanksgiving to the pups!!!!

What stunning colours in both litters! Do the brindle coats ever lighten up as they get older, or do they usually stay dark? Also, I noticed Adele was checking out one of Roxie's pups in one of the photos. I'm impressed with how much trust there is between the moms.

The pups and Moms are a pleasure to watch for both Roxie and Adele. I keep smiling throughout all the videos. Great galleries.

Caroline: The brindles may even be chocolates but we shall see how it all unfolds. Brindles usually have a darker appearance as they have black throughout their coat. Chocolates have brown pigment. What's throwing me off is I am seeing black but time will tell.
