Two Weeks Old: More Eyes

Later on I will post some eyes open photos but the tri boy (black white and eyebrows) is still at that just above a squint and the littlest boy has 1 eye totally open and the other trying to open or not. Another also has the eyes opening. Can you believe they are 2 weeks old? By next week they will be roaming around like Adele's pups. Going to be a fun adventure.

Tomorrow a gallery. Today I am so far behind I decided not to drive myself crazy. So videos and more photos tomorrow.

Yes, we are 2 weeks old today and we have eyes opening. The littlest one was taken out and shown to Chases dad who came today. No shakes, no yawns. Oh is this what the world looks like? When they open their eyes they do have blurry sight but each day the blur goes away. Still, they can react to changes. So far both litters are doing really well in this regard. Heck, they have had dogs jumping up to kiss them and didn't react. Bonus!! We will see how things go as we progress. There is always something they hesitate about and you want them to as that is what cultivates their coping skills. They can't believe they are invincible. :-)

I have been way busy today. Danielle was driven by Nathan to the airport (Daughter was at a conference) at 5am so all of us got up and so we remain. Nathan got in a nap. Me, not so. I have to admit its 5pm and I am crashing but this too shall pass. Danielle being able to go to New York - well that does my heart good.

Puppies are wonderful and yes the black and white one still has slits. Tomorrow I bet all eyes will be open.

Puppies are going longer between meals now. Sometimes its 3 hours and I go oh my gad are they alright but I am watching them even when I am grooming on my pad.

Best thing I ever did was get these cameras. Need one more but the humans roll their eyes here when I say I need one. But I want one upstairs and still have one at my door. Usually I lose the one at the door but really I need one at the door as I need to know if its someone trying to sell something or someone that warrants answering the door especially when I have a dog wet on the table as they have to be wrapped up and the door answered.

Here are the videos:
