First Kitchen Visit

We had our first kitchen visit. Check out the gallery. You will have to see Adele's blog to see the video of the visit. Remember this crew is not yet 4 weeks. They will be 4 weeks in 2 days. This is early but we are trying to merge the 2 litters. We are on a time table of sorts. Each day they will be together in the kitchen. Dennis will have them together in another place and hopefully within the week they will all be eating and merged together. This will mean that maybe by the 11th they will be upstairs without moms at night. We shall see.

We will do this in stages. In 4 or 5 days we will merge them downstairs and see how it goes. If it goes well we attempt to have them upstairs a few days later.

Then bonus, after all this conditioning and exposures you get to see them on the 15th. On the 15th this litter will be 38 days old (5 weeks old) and Adele's litter will be 6 weeks old. We usually do 6 week old visits but I do believe the Roxie pups will be ready too.

Nathan is gone on holidays the next week after that with his friends to sunny Florida so we can't do it the next week (yeah where's my holiday) and then the week after we have the specialty. So, it looks like the next visit after this one will most likely be the 5th or the 6th. We will figure it out. Then soon after that they go home. Wow.

Yes they did well eating considering how young they are. Let's see how their bowels survive.
