Roxie is in Heat

We have decided to breed Roxie so Adele has support if milk issues etc crop up plus this has been a breeding we have wanted to do since Envy was born. This is really a special breeding as it marries our two lines together. As he is heading out to do the show circuit in the US, I have a list of things he can and can't do but I will greatfully do them so we can do this breeding.

Envy resides with Paula and is co-owned by us.

He would come home with us when Nathan returns and Roxie would most likely be bred on Wednesday next week placing both litters close together, perhaps a week apart or less.

Wow, how exciting. So, you may have three litters if Leti goes into heat.

Anne: We will breed Leti when she comes in but she will come in when she comes in. Not showing any signs. Eventually she will. Prefer not having 3 litters at once so hoping she waits. You don't always get what you want. :-)

As Envy is going to the US to show I must line comb him after each breeding and/or daily. No swimming. No playing. He gets to lounge with Dennis and Jonathan. Crate only for sleep and no food other than what Paula sends. She wants him in top shape to compete with the big boys. Got my work cut out for me but its a breeding I have really wanted to do. I didn't expect Roxie to come in yet. You never know.

Wow, you sure have your work cut out for you. There is a science and an art to this, as Russell just said. Best of luck, hope it works out!

Who are Envy's parents?

It is so exciting to hear that Roxie is going to have a litter. She has beautiful gentle pups and Envy is gorgeous. This litter will be amazing! Can't wait to watch.

Wasabi (Spice's mom) and Phantom. The personality, fluid movement and structure is to die for in both sides. When we started this and Envy was born it was with the understanding that I could do this breeding. With him going out to shows, its amazing that the timing worked or I would have had to wait till Ella had pups. Then it may have not happened. I will have to work really hard to maintain his coat and it will tug at my heart to have him not play but if it brings me a pup that is stunning, I will jump over tall buildings with a single bound. I am quite pleased with Adele's breeding as well. Newton's line brings me an outcross and he is a VERY nice boy. Leti I am very excited about but I sit on the fence to use Truffie or Muntuno.

Do you have a pic of Muntano, Darlah. I would love to see him.

Sent you an email but you can use search in this site that will pull photos up. I did it for you in the email and attached a few.

Muntuno is our breeding. He is Phantom and Spice.

Just read Envy's bio on your website. Sounds like he has a Phantom/Patches personality. He and Roxie will probably have wonderful, outgoing and laid back pups like Patches. Can't wait to see the puppies.....
