Am I dreaming, or are there going to be three litters of puppies? Was the breeding with Roxie expected? What a surprise.

March 6, 2016 | Unregistered CommenterMaryLou

We figured we would be crazy. As this is Roxie, Spice and Panda's last litter, instead of waiting for Roxie, we figured why not. It will be spring and summer so perfect to deal with pups all close together. We did NOT breed Adele.

She is almost done her heat.

I just pray that they have small litters.

Yes all 3 litters will be days apart if that. It's why we did it. Then we take a break and enjoy the summer with family, friends and dog pals.

yes yes yes - the more the merrier! if this is panda, spicy and roxies last litter who will be taking over ?

March 6, 2016 | Unregistered CommenterMary

Well I see you've posted all 3 now. No longer a surprise. Clarity and I will have so much fun watching the moms as their tummies grow and then glued to the iPad as the due dates arrive. Now will it be a Roxie, Spice or Jeannie puppy that we bring home? How do you choose? It doesn't really matter because they are all gorgeous. .We'll just have to wait and see! 😊

Christine: You were blessed at being the only one who knew outside of this house. It's going to be fun getting the pups swimming! Christine, I know you want a swimmer. :-)

We have Leti, Adele and Ella coming up. Ella not till next year if that. She must pass all her tests and be more mature. She will be 2 this fall. I want a Leti gal. Jeannie (after this litter) and Leti have to have full physicals. Adele already has. I do them to know if they are in top health otherwise no litter. Won't take a chance as the moms are way too special to me.

March 6, 2016 | Registered CommenterDarlah

Wow!!! How exciting.

WOWZA, how did you keep that gigantic secret? I broke the news to Radar. He is going to have new step brothers and sisters. He is thrilled! Congrats to all. I can't wait to see 3 litters develop, oh boy, oh boy!

OMG Roxie will be a mommy again. I wish I was on the waiting list. Rox is such a special gal, and her pups all seem to have her spirit. A lot Like Spice's puppies.

March 6, 2016 | Unregistered CommenterKathy & Kona

Yes, she is a mighty special gal. I hope she gives us more swimmers.

March 6, 2016 | Registered CommenterDarlah

Well, Clarity and I felt honoured to be trusted with such a secret.
Lets hope for a glorious June and perhaps the pups will get a chance in the pool before going home. How much fun would that be? Is there a minimum age before you would expose them to swimming? Clarity and I still have some work to do, but I'm confident we'll get there before the puppy comes home.

March 6, 2016 | Unregistered CommenterChristine & Clarity

The earliest we have had pups in the pool was 5 weeks but that was an exception. One swam well, the other not as much. They really should be 7 weeks at least. But you can get them in earlier to get them used to the water.

March 6, 2016 | Registered CommenterDarlah

OMG! 3 litters. You are FEARLESS! That is wow-awesome!

March 6, 2016 | Unregistered CommenterSylvia

Very surprised by 7 weeks, would have thought older. Glad I asked. know it will very much depend on the temps both in and out of the water at that age and I assume you dry them off very quickly as well.

March 6, 2016 | Unregistered CommenterChristine & Clarity

No, we dry with a towel and let them air dry the rest of the way. We only take them on hot days. 8 weeks is an excellent week to take them in as all by them have sufficient muscle tone to move those legs to swim. Some just have it earlier.

March 6, 2016 | Registered CommenterDarlah

Fearless = NUTS but ought to be fun too as it will be the perfect weather many days, I am sure.

March 6, 2016 | Registered CommenterDarlah

Just for the fun of it I decided to look at Roxie's blog today....I thought I was seeing things but then again I had a feeling.....wow, three litters almost at once. Spice always has larger litters, it will be interesting to see if she does again this time. Fun times ahead!

March 7, 2016 | Unregistered CommenterAnne and Cooper

Hope she doesn't, Anne. 6 will suit me fine - not 10.

March 7, 2016 | Registered CommenterDarlah

I can't believe it. Another Roxie litter. Rusty will be very excited. More Family. I am not sure if you guys are crazy, it is so exhausting, but for me, I am very excited. Roxie and Ella are the loves of my life. WOW!
