Changes This Week
We have some changes this week. Come the 9th, Oliver the red sable will depart. He is the first to make the journey. So, tomorrow afternoon he will get a bath. We never do baths the day they depart as it is an added stress, even if they do like it. It is a change. So we try to minimize changes that last day.
So, tomorrow you will see Oliver's wet and dry look. I also have to get everything ready for him to depart. Tomorrow will be a busy day for me plus I have some grooms for others.
Wednesday we will be down to 8 pups. The next one won't go home till Monday. So we will have a large gap with down to 8. Will the dynamics change with 8? It always does. Stay tuned.
Here are a few videos.
See They Use the Pad
They also go outdoors now too.

Darlah how are you feeling health wise? You are always on the go. You never cease to amaze me with you bright outlook and patience. I think a dog would be great for your granddaughter. It certainly has made a big difference with my daughter who is home with us after her separation and now divorce. These beautiful dogs have a magic quality.
I am sorry to hear that you are sick Sherry Hope you get better soon.
I am still blowing my nose and coughing but feel great. :-)
Think teens dealing with a divorce has to be the all time wrong timing but all timing is wrong but sometimes unavoidable.
Everyone's life is about to change. I was shopping bathing suits (last years is worn) and dreaming about my one escape - the pool. Crazy but that's what 4 to 5 months away?
Now I need to shower and start grooming. Also a bath for a puppy that is departing tomorrow.
I am sure Oliver will love his new home from what I have seen of his new family. It seems next week you are going to have one going home every day, my oh my. Can't wait until the 17th - Merry Christmas to us!!!!!
Darlah I love your attitude. One day at a time!
Angela I am so happy for you and all the forever families. I still get a thrill every time I think of the day we picked up Rusty. Enjoy and Merry Christmas!
