9 Weeks 2 Days Old

We are doing a short blog today. Here is today's gallery.

Pups had their legs rinsed off to help them cool down outside. It actually helped. They have been out 3 times today. They are simply so delicious at this stage. they are so fun to watch.

Be sure to check out the videos.

I can't believe Charlie (gal) goes home Friday. She will get her bath Thursday.

Really adorable. Glad to hear you are keeping Wild Sage. I assume Sage will be her call name. You are doing so much Darlah. Hope you are better now and glad to see Denis is on the mend. Good weather coming. Enjoy.

Love the wave in that little one's hair.

My last dog was really affected by the heat and I used to rinse her feet and if really hot wash down her belly, but I'd keep a spray bottle on hand and squirt her when she needed immediate cooling down.

White and black girl is called Mabel. If you look back in this blog you will see all the names and who they belong to. I am trying to keep them straight. LOL

Yes, yesterday the pups were showing signs of heat. Although we had the popup, it doesn't give as much true shade as the gazebo - which is still bloody in the pit. Dennis tried oh so hard to disassemble but its bent in ways I think he is going to have to saw it apart. We have to borrow a saw that goes through metal. Today they take everything off the deck so they can do the gazebo tomorrow. looks like no rain - crossing gingers so should be on time. I am so going to enjoy having the gazebo up as our yard has little shade except in the far back. I am told I do not have to help. Although I did clean up all my pots, transplanted things - they have a lot of work and i am glad I am not a part of it. I have been doing so much.
