4 Weeks 2 Days First Upstairs

I started, Dennis finished getting the room upstairs ready for the pups to go upstairs without moms.

Here is the gallery of the upstairs. The Misty one will have a different gallery today.

How did they do? They were wonderful. They even used the pad. Of course they didn't sleep through the night. They are too young but they did settle in. They played and no cries. They were excited to see the moms in the morning. They were first to eat and then the adults ate. Dennis slept in till 830 but stayed up late last night setting up the pen, washing floors etc

Many times they fuss till they adjust but this crew was more than fine.

Now the moms slept with me and all the gals and Nathan slept in the guestroom as we have gals in heat - almost done but this is what we do when they are. the moms kept me up most of the night. they wanted to see the babies. I hope tonight is better or I may be a walking washing zombie.

The videos are already up.

We are curious....the moms slept with you, the gals with Nathan...where did all your other dogs including visitors sleep?

The moms and gals in heat plus the females who want to sleep with me come into our master bedroom and Nathan gets the males and visitors in the guestroom and sometimes the one off female visitor. As in tonight Jersey the female puppy arrived and Nathan will insists she sleeps with him or he will pout if I take her. As Sage is her mom, he may insist on having Sage. It's a battle each night when we have gals in heat. Usually I let him win. Then it goes back to normal when heats are no longer and then he tells everyone they snuggle with him - ours and visitors. I just smile. At holiday time, Dennis sometimes takes a few of ours or visitors to bed but the last 2 nights he has been dogless at night and enjoying catching up on sleep. Certain visitors enjoy the master bedroom over the guestroom. At least I tell Nathan that is why they choose me. His heart couldn't handle it otherwise. So laughing as it is funny.
