5 Days Tonight

Soon this crew will be 5 days and then a week in a couple of days.

Here is the gallery.

Poor Sage yesterday had very loose stools so much so she went running and would not eat. She fed the babies and they gained but she didn't complain one bit.

I gave her one dose of tylan powder which is not an issue for the pups and she was back eating last night and today. After giving birth, this often happens. Most times it takes several doses but no issues today and she is back to being her perky self.

Some of the videos are already up.

Each day when I get up, I change the blankets, weigh the pups, comb or brush out Sage as the pups wreck havoc with her hair. I then give her new fresh water and food. There is comfort in a routine.

Sage and I have one on one time with massages, cuddles and telling her how great she is and she truly is. It's a lot of work being a dog mom. So, balance is important.

Very smart Mummy Sage. I watched her keeping an eye on you as you weighed her puppies and as soon as #4 was put back in she relaxed and laid back down. Did not know she could count...Lol

Yeah they count. I have many stories of them doing so. :-)
