3 Days Old
The pups are doing well. It is a struggle to get Ms Spirit to eat but it always is. Dennis did get to eat mousse last night as you will see in a video.
It is hard to believe they are 3 days old and we are on watch for Tempie's pups. To be honest, I have not recovered yet due to groomings and pups departing and poor Dennis will only get 2.5 hours sleep before Ollie departs then back to bed after he departs. No nap for Nathan yet again.
I did upload videos. One shows what we have to do to get Momma Princess to eat and she does this always.

Boy

Girl

Last 24 Hour Gain: 1-1/8oz 29g
The weights are good and actually much more than usual at this stage in the last 24 hours. Usually they are approx 6/6 oz slightly up or down at 3 days. Mom has milk and pups are doted on. They do find their way to mom more times than not.
As you can see the boy was growing at a slightly faster rate than the girl. Quite normal.
What is the difference? One has a cream streak in their chest and the other not.

Congratulations Spirit two gorgeous puppies. You are a wonderful Mom. Darlah I am sure you are exhausted. You seem to always be pulled every which way. And it doesn't appear to be letting up. The wonderful thing is how much love you give to each and every puppy/dog you have in you house. We feel it because we have one (or two) of Talemaker puppies. Life would not be the same without them. Thank you so much.
Thanks, Ronnie. These are exceptional times as we had a litter arriving, and impending delivery and pups departing plus I had groomings - still do. Dennis who usually sleeps during the day was up today without sleep and now is sleeping as we had a pup departing. Nathan got his nap in. I hope tonight truly means recovery. I also hope Tempie waits. We also have the dental next week. This has been a test of stamina. I had so little time, I didn't even have time to eat or I would eat while I was grooming. Too much. I am always busy but this was much more than ever experienced.
Wow! That wee male is so active and agile! Which has the cream streak, male or female? Are they both the same shade of brown, sometimes one looks lighter than the other?
Need more chicken soup, delivery on the weekendš¤£
The girl has a white streak on her chest. She is lighter than the boy but its such a slight amount that you can't tell who is who till you look underneath. The camera depending on the flash makes a difference but both are dark. Both have brown pads. We will see how it all unfolds. let's just say, it's not so easy to say with just your eyes to know - oh that's the gal.
