The picnic date took place on August 17, 2019 from 12pm to 5pm at Yvonne's place in Brighton. Check out the details here. Photos from the 2019 picnic can be found here. Yvonne's place is NEXT DOOR to her old place. I will try to put a havanese flag out front. Hope you can join us. Directions are here. The house # is 25. There is no picnic in 2020 due to COVID but hopefully in 2021. Stay Tuned!

Walks 'N' Wags Pet First Aid is a recognized National Pet First Aid Certificate course for dog and cat professionals and pet owners. Talemaker Havanese now has that certificate having taken and passed the course.

Click on Photo for Larger ViewI will add the galleries here. Mom and pups are doing really well. Nathan is napping. Dennis is heading to bed when he gets up and I crawl into bed at 10pm. It's already a long day but this is the 1st girl we had an xray done on while she was in labour.

Congrats to Cinnamon and the whole Talemaker family. They seem like very sturdy pups, could hardly believe they were newborn.
Well, when there are only 4, they have room to grow. More pups they have less room and less able to grow to size so they rely after birth to play catch up. I love small litters as they do come out with body weight. Makes for an easier time for mom and for us.
Ronnie: we went to the vet at Cummer and Bayview for xrays.

I am surprised she cooperated as she was indeed agitated as you are when in labour. But she is such a good natured dog that it all came together.
