Thank you for the update. Hope the pup is born this weekend - quickly and smoothly for Raven. 💕
Hope all goes well, smoothly. Thanks for the update.
Big puppy and breech - OUCH! .. hope goes well for many pretty girl 🥰
Here’s hoping Raven has a quick and easy birth. Why Whitby, Darlah? There is an Emerging Vet in Scarborough at Birchmount and Ellesmere. There must be a reason I guess.
Angela: I went to Vet Emerg in Scarborough with Saffron. I do not have insurance. I paid over 4 grand. They couldn't or wouldn't tell me the gender or the colour of the pup they lost nor allow us to see it. The service was HORRID. They also put a spay hidden in the bill they presented when we did not ask for one. She had pups to feed. Can you imagine if we didn't see it and we had to hand feed pups for weeks? They also gave us pain pills for her that was detrimental for a mom that is feeding. It could have hurt the pups. I do not trust them. You have a great experience with them. I did not. Whitby treated us well with Risa - golden and caring.
By the way I can get to Whitby on the 407 just as fast as Scarborough going this street and lights to the next street and lights etc
I am so glad you have insurance and you get quality care with them.
I am hoping I do not need emergency care anywhere. I do not believe I will but just in case I have this in place.
Thanks Darlah, I understand totally now.
Oh no. What a terrible experience. I hope all goes well with Raven. Thanks for keeping everyone updated.
I am sure it will be an anxious weekend. Raven couldn't be in better and more experienced hands than yours and Nathan's. I am sure she will be fine and have the most gorgeous pup! Hugs to all. Kisses to Raven.
Thanks, Angela.... wish my experience was what you experience.
Is it likely that the pup will turn prior to delivery ? I sure hope all goes well and Raven is able to deliver naturally. I will say some prayers for her.
The pup is too long to turn. We have many pups that come breech. Only issue is how fast she pushes out.
