Two Days Old

Here is the gallery.

She looks happy today and ate a bunch of steak. I am in recovery. Nathan taking a nap. She seems much happier today and temps are the same. So another couple of days and we will breathe.

Pups are gaining. She is a doting mom and so is Misty.

Here are the videos. I upload them as I go.

Raven insisted on seeing Misty's pups and today you could hear the sigh out of Misty going okay, if you must.

Raven communicates with me. She darts her tongue in and out if she wants something to eat. She stares at the water bowl then looks at you and back to the bowl so you can place it before her. Yes, I am so laughing but it is true.

Going to see if Nathan can hold her so I can do an incision photo but if not today - tomorrow.

So happy to hear and see how well Raven is doing! She looks every bit the proud momma :)

Raven does look healthy & happy! I know how you must feel, as when I have a sick dog, I’m sick too! 😢
Raven’s puppies are gorgeous! No wonder she’s proud! 💕
Hope you all have a peaceful night!

Wonderful to see her smiling face again. I think Jeannie and two of her daughters, Patches and Raven, have the same personality. ❤️❤️❤️

So lovely to see Raven's smile. Absolutely the best decision to bring her home to everyone she loves. Hope it's smooth sailing from here. In spite of all of this emotional roller coaster for everyone, it sure looks like Nathan is doing well with his recovery. So pleased about this too.

Angela: So laid back and happy - a chill dog. Though Raven was not about to give up her pups. Highly maternal. She was looking for her pups immediately.

Emmy: Yes, other than an incision site getting infected, he is doing really well. I had to swat him into being so. We had pups coming. LOL Got 2 more coming in a month too. Busy times.

Thank you everyone. It is truly an emotional upheaval but without the support here, it would have been more so. I appreciate all the posts. I am having a tough time responding to all and updating and grooming etc but I am trying.
