That Guy of Mine!

Click on the Photo for a Larger View

That guy of mine he goes to a dog show in Germany and shows a papillon, has truly gracious hosts and brings me back precious cargo, our newest addition from O'Brisans Xtra - Jeannie in a Bottle.

It's funny I hate the name 'Jeannie' as its my middle name but its growing on me now.

What a pistol she is. She is a ball full of delight and I must say she's even more than I dreamed she was.

Here's a photo when we just got home last night. Both Nathan and Jeannie crashed at 930pm.

What a sweet little face! Perhaps the name is fates way of letting you know she was meant just for you. :-) (I think the French pronounciation of Jean is quite pretty!)

She is 10 weeks old. :-)

She's already played with the pups and Abigail is cleaning her like she belongs to her. :-)

Kathy: Her first was reaction was to say back off - too many at once and I didn't blame her. They were so excited to see Nathan too but today they are all accepting of her as if she is part of the pack and Abs has taken on mothering her - Treasure too. hahahaha

Believe it or not, that's what I thought the surprise was. :-) A new addition to the family!!! She is beautiful!!!! Was this planned or did Nathan just see her and couldn't resist??? Congrats to the newest member of the Talemaker Family!!! When can I visit????? ;-)

October 9, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterJane Waring

This was planned as you have to introduce new lines in every now and then. :-)

Send mail to Nathan and we will set up a visit. I think he needs to adjust to this time zone. He's totally messed up. He's taking a nap with 3 dogs including Jeannie and she is not on this timezone either.

Congrats!! Oh my gracious the family is sure getting big!! She is a doll .... I guess it must have been planned for sure as all the red tape and quarantine to go through ... Nothing like an import!!! She was well worth the wait I am sure ... Happy for all! I get to meet her when I visit my little guy! (or at least I hope i can!!) :)

She is a doll. What a dainty, beautiful face. Enjoy.

Jill - I agree! I think Jeannie looks very much like your Cha Cha. Similar facial features and perky ears - just very different colouring. And I guess they're about the same age too. :-)

October 10, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterDebi

Jeannie will be 11 weeks on Friday. Timmy and Cha Cha is 14 weeks today. So 3 weeks difference. She is also double that (6 weeks) older than the Abigail pups. I think it will be fun for her to take on the role of big sister to the Abs pups.

October 10, 2012 | Registered CommenterDarlah

Yes, that's pretty close in age! Will be nice for Jeannie to see Timmy and have puppy play time together. :-)
