American Thanksgiving

Okay, this isn't about dogs but I am missing Turkey and stuffing and cranberry and gravy - argh.

Maybe after everything calms down I can get a turkey and make it. Eating - well let's put it this way I lost 3lbs since this craziness but I needed to. Still, it tells you how much I am eating.

I love to give the dogs leftover turkey - a slight amount too and I can even dry it out for treats.

Oh well... no Canadian - no American Thanksgiving and I didn't even watch the Macy parade (I was in it as a kid playing drums).

Oh well - after all this maybe I can have the finer things in life like getting out, eating turkey - feeling human.

Kiss the dogs and love them. Today after Timmy arrives I am going out in the backyard and play with all the dogs and click photos. Not sure how I will get a gallery together but that's my plan. You?

It's funny, we are so inundating with American television and media that I felt like it was truly thanksgiving all over again. Roger and I told Scruffs how thankful we are for him and for one another. We may be just a little family, but we are big on love :)
