Patience

Sometimes Katsura is so patient. He sees Truffie snuggling up to me at night. He sees Phantom and Logan doing the same and he must be saying, I am YOUR boy!

Today he was laying on me while I was in the TV room just before Lynda came in to see the pups. He had just settled in and I did too for that moment.

It's important to me to have those moments with each and every one of them each and every day.

Life is too short to not make the most of those moments.

I find when I get that extra nice snuggle my body just relaxes. You should try it!

Kona has just started climbing into my lap or on top of me if I am laying down.
Havanese are such affectionate dogs, so different than my two Mini-Schnauzers
were. I look forward to the snuggles now.

I focused on the text and not the photos - so must add that this is a wonderful photo of Katsura. What a wonderful face and expression he has! I'm glad he's your boy! I envy the mix of having an adult dog as well as a puppy - an enviable mix of both worlds in the land of canines!

there is nothing like dawg snuggles. stella and i have a morning routine, she lays over my neck for lots of love, she creeps slowly over my body for more and more. sometimes we sleep back to back, she just wants to be be touching all the time, and that face like her daddy, sigh .
