What's in Heat?

Roxie is in heat for 3 more weeks. That means she gets to be with the gals but not the boys. It means a lot of negotiation to make sure she is not bred. 20 more days and counting.

We make sure that even though they have to be separated they still get their play in and socializing etc. It's important.

Sometimes she has to be in the family room with me and the pups. Abigail is not thrilled with that so we had to section off the room with another xpen so Abigail feels her pups are safe. That is normal.

But there goes that extra room I had. hahahaha

Nathan brought her just a bit ago to see Danielle. He received permission so we are hoping this brings a smile to her and she gets to be out and about with just Daddy. She rather likes that! I don't blame her!

Poor little Roxie, She will really need some play time with the other gals.
She seems to have so much energy.

Kathy: She loves to play but she is the most laid back havanese I ever did see other than Abigail. We had visitors today and all she wanted to do is lay in their arms and its not the heat. She is a suck. Hold me and I will just snuggle all day long. :-)

Right now she is in with Abs and Abs seems to be understanding. That's a good thing. :-) 3 weeks is a long time - October 20th here we come. :-)
