Really Crazy Day Today

Roxie's Face tells you how I feel - Oh boy! Fun but....u got me!As you can see I am updating very late. I had a marathon of washing. It's been a tad insane and I just stopped now. So no galleries - extra photos - nada.

Today I finished Nathan's kits for his seminar. The one he is doing on Sunday, on my birthday. I had a ton of work getting that ready. I also procrastinated too much so I had extra dogs including Zoey (Dusty's sister that visited and had a bath. Now she is at home I imagine snuggling with her parents.

As it's my birthday Sunday and I am going to a breed seminar that Paula and Tracy are coming in for I needed to get some dogs ready to show at this seminar cause Nathan will be talking and I will be taking care of the dogs so he can show them. Plus when Paula comes in she always seems to time it when mine are due for their baths. She has perfect timing.

As I am feeling a tad old these days I pondered yet again covering the grey. Now I want you to laugh. I have never done this before so the box purchased a year ago sat and sat. I never quite found the time to do it and I knew I would honestly never had the time so I did the mix today, I put it in my hair, I washed Wasabi. 25 minutes passed, I put Wasabi on the floor with blowers on her and I hung my head in the sink. The stuff stinks. How does anyone ever do this but if you want to hide the grey. Then I put Wasabi back up on the table after conditioning the hair never getting to see what this dye stuff did to my hair, wrapped a towel around my head and started brushing Wasabi out. She was my last dog for today. I got hot so took the towel off, brushed my hair with a dog brush - doesn't everyone and finished Wasabi.

I then headed to the bathroom to take a gawk at what this stuff did beyond stinking something terrible.

Well, it didn't cover MY grey. Oh it is better but not complete. Why did I even bother?

Tomorrow I get to wash 2 dogs (Envy) and another before Paula comes as he heads home after this seminar. Paula insists on taking me out to eat and I wonder if I will be sleeping in my plate and just hoping Monday arrives. I doubt I will find anything to wear and well I am stilll grey and doesn't everyone got a breed seminar to help hubby on their birthday? ROFL

Now I want you to know despite insane busy I still got time to snuggle with every single dog. I washed, I snuggled, I played. I washed and then it began again. I have my priorities.

But can I go to bed now?
