Day Has Been Too Busy

I have been grooming all day and when I say all day I literally mean all day. I just finally finished. Here are some photos taken today. All baths done today are nice and clean at home now I imagine getting dirty again. When you see Panda, well you will get what I mean.

Brie After BathThis is Brie after her bath. Unfortunately I didn't get Colby's picture as Jane and Family showed up just as I was finishing him.

The dogs managed to get much play in despite me grooming. I nagged Nathan to take photos and I stopped between groomings to click and watch. As you can see Kat is in the lead and Logan is right behind him. Instead of just mucking around sniffing it appears Kat and Logan are playing chase games - nice!

It's nice to see these two playing!

Panda had a bath as you can see but when you look at the photos below you will see what I mean about getting to be a mess right after. They can't help themselves.

Don't I look so pretty Auntie Darlah? Now no one will believe I had a bath.... hahahahahaha

Chase has let go and has started to truly play with everyone from Jeannie to Logan to anyone who will including Darcy but you will have to look at Spice's page for Darcy's update.

It's been a day of exhaustion but no ax has dropped. Life is joyful when you see the dogs mucking it up. I hope those that had baths and are now home are catching some serious zzzzs.

Hi Darlah. Thanks again for giving Brie and Colby a much needed bath and grooming. Also thanks for the suggestions to keep it up. I will truely try hard. Both dogs slept in the car on the way home and wanted to go right outside when they got home. Muddy feet resulted from the melting snow. Oh well, so it begins. Loved seeing spice and her baby, already forgot her name. Old age I guess. Thanks again and I will see you both next month. :-)

Are Panda and Scruffy related? LOL. I've seen him do that same move many a time just seconds after his grooming.

Lori:

They both share the same father and so does Roxie and Pavvie that will be visiting soon. Roxie, Pavvie, Panda, Meeko (1 litter) are Abigail pups.

Shannon: Brie is a Wasabi pup - her last litter. She looks quite good after a bath. She looks a lot like Wasabi in some ways. She certainly has that Wasabi/Spice personality. It's magnificent - wriggly - oh my gad I am a fun puppy type of a dog.

Spice who looks ragged is Wasabi pup too but she looked magnificent when she won best puppy at the specialty. She's seen better days since the pups played attack with her hair. Keep meaning to just trim it all short and start again but it gives her funny character and something for the pups to hold on to. :-)

Gad she LOVES LOVES LOVES the pups.

Jodi:

Yes, she is playing quite well now and we are working on that recall. :-) She likes the chase game the best I have a feeling she loves chasing someone??? Not sure how many photos today as we are doing quick ins and outs today as it is a mud pile out there. We will run and play inside but hard to get photos with action inside but we will try. Have a feeling lots of washing feet and undersides today. Heard of a spray that is a conditioner for the hair that dries the feet faster. I am asking Nathan to get some. :-) I will let you know how it works.

Lynda: It did my heart good to watch Kat and Logan. Thank you for being you. Happy birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope yo are having a totally relaxing time.

Brie is beautiful. What an interesting colour-pattern!

Thanks everyone for the comments re Brie. She is a beautiful spit fire of a girl. Always loves to play, which is great for our boy, Colby, who is very laid back. She is always looking for fun and is very loving. Just the right amount of adventurousness. We all love her to bits!! She shows us all the time how much she loves us too. Nathan and Darlah could not have pick a better puppy for us.
Her colouring has changed so much since she was little. Very unique and cute.

Jane: it's nice that they fit so well together. It's so important and I know N & D do their best to ensure that. I can also see the resemblance between Brie and Wasabi

Yes, she has more black strewn in like someone took a paintbrush. I rather like that! I love her hair and her personality - oh fun, fun, fun and I do believe she brings the best out in Colby forcing him to be more adventurous!
