No Photo Day

Three generations, Aba, Pavie and Rox...

This is a remember when. It's our anniversary so it's a no update blog. Puppy blogs will be updated.

Panda is out of heat. Normalcy has arrived a few days ago and Leti is not eating breakfast and is getting coddled for lunch and dinner.

Murphy departs tonight.

We are working on puppies and who goes to whom.

Our daughter is moving home with 2 teens - our grand daughters. So, it is busy times, sad times and stress-filled times. So bear with us.

Times must be difficult for many as we have had a few cancel trips due to job losses. Our hearts go out to them. We figure we will just have new people with last minute plans so it will be our usual but those getting hit before the holidays, we feel for you - truly!

We return to our normal schedule tomorrow.

I am sorry for all the turmoil. Such is life. Ups and downs. As long as more good times than bad. Bright side- more help with the pups! Again Happy Anniversary. I hope the year ahead is full of only good things from now on.

Happy Anniversary. Hope you have a wonderful celebration.
I just watched my sister go through having her daughter return home at 50. It was up and down for awhile but now my niece is settled in her own home with a new job and is truly happy once more. Hope your daughter manages as well.
I know you have been through the teenage stage before but it can be so difficult for them. Hope you keep all your hair and don't tear it out during this stressful time.
I cannot imagine having to decide where each puppy goes. I am so glad you take this task so seriously though as a good match makes a very happy family.
Don't worry about a short or a missed blog. With all you do, you amaze me and I think a timeout once in a while can be understood by all of us.
Love reading the blogs, sometimes I feel like you are a close friend. Hope I get to meet you in person.

We already have fighting over what room each gets. Tracy wants to take over the basement. Jon says - hey that is my domain so on Friday we have a meeting with all parties about it - oy. We also have rooms with storage as we do not use them any longer so now the storage has to go somewhere. All of this is happening on our usually busy month of December. I need to wash dogs and wow all this extra work. When does life calm down? She's leaving the soon to be ex all the furniture except the girls stuff. I think she is crazy. I hope she has a tv cause tv is our escape and if they take over the tv room - I may have to buy them a tv. Oh life - always interesting.

We will soon be having litters in January too. Maybe for my birthday in March we can get a hotel room. hahahahahahahahahaha Oh I must laugh.

Oh my gosh, Darlah, I was so excited about our pup I just read this main blog. I can't believe what you have in your life. You certainly have jam packed days. Someone must have a heart as big as the moon to do what you and Nathan do. You have my utmost admiration - you are wonderful breeders and, obviously, you are wonderful parents and grandparents as well. All around people to be admired for sure.

A major family meeting is very necessary. Both of your son's will want to defend 'their space.'
Wishing you all the best. Love and caring will win out.

Oh my ! You don't need all this stress ! Do take care of yourself - your health, both physical and mental, is very important and stress does take a toll.

How smart to have a family meeting. Please make Rules going in We have my daughter at home divorced and my son. But we only have Rusty. He actually brings the temperature down many times. Darlah you and Nathan really are Saints, as Angela said, on all fronts. You must have your own tv. Give them the storage room.
Hang in. You are the best!

We sit down for a meeting today. If Jon wasn't in the basement having them take it over makes the most sense as it gives them their own space with their own entrance etc but Jon likes it for that reason too and has had it for a number of years. This is not easy. I hate kids sparring. 2 teenage gals, one with Crohns, 1 with anxiety and sleeping issues - going to be a challenge but I prefer to think of the relationships on a deeper level that will be forged if we can do that. Part of that is up to them. Hard at this age to have your parents splitting up. December is our busiest month. Oh well and our storage has to go somewhere or we have to heave it. Hoping to get rid of things that we do not need. Today, it begins and I am washing dogs - needed but is that avoidance? hahahaha

I do believe both Panda and Leti are pregnant so January will be busy too.

This is a lovely photo of the 3 gals! Always love to see Laci's Mom and sister. I forget now, so remind me - I assume Miss Abs is on the Left and is Roxie in the middle?

Yes. :-)

I may have cheated a bit . . . Roxie has a ponytail which I guess is trademark of all your dogs. :-)
