Less Muddy

I just finished washing, trimming and blow drying Meadow. I had to do her tonight as tomorrow brings bathing and drying and photos of 14 pups. So, tomorrow I will freshen her up, blow dry and brush her out so she looks as good as new.
Here is today's gallery before the grooming. LOL
Meadow went running up to see the puppies. At first she played and then they all came at her like gremlins descending on her. So, I took her in with 1 puppy in one of the rooms and the puppy play bowed for all it was worth and she said no. Now, she likes the puppies but 14 at once.... that is an experience that some will experience this Saturday.
The dogs enjoyed a crazy game of running the halls upstairs. Dennis hates photos of himself so I can only explain it. Inula has destroyed 4 toys this week. They need to make sturdier toys.
It was a little windy today and the dogs sat out and let the wind blow through their hair.
Blogs may be shorter next week and then again not. Nathan is off with the boys to Florida starting Tuesday for a week so it's just Dennis and I. We shall see how I manage my time. Blogs come secondary to fun with the dogs. Sorry... but true!

So glad to hear Meadow got to play with the pups! Am anxious to see how she’ll do when we introduce a second pup to the household!

She will adjust and they will become best buds... sometimes immediate - sometimes with a little time.
Murphy loves to stand outside and let the wing blow over her. I think it brings smells from further away.

Watched American Kennel club dog show yesterday. The Havanese named Bono won best of the toy group. What beautiful colouring he has.
Yes - he is related to our Kat. We do throw silver from time to time. We have a gal in Cinnamon's litter that will be that colour. He is stunning. Takes a lot of work to keep them in a show coat and play - well that ruins the hair. Hope you enjoyed the show.
