What a Day

Bailey and Nava was here for grooming and a play day. They also had a swim as you will see in the gallery and both are strong swimmers.

Tomorrow we have Raven's s and I hope they can figure out how to send us the xray this time. We pick up Murphy from the vets office. No one is allowed inside.

Then we head to Tillsonburg to get the rescue.

Nathan is in class tonight at whos walking who. Rules have changed. Only 5 people. Wait in your car. Stay in the box you are assigned to. No extra people - only the one training. Sanitize before you enter and they will take each person to the station. You must wear a mask. This is for Tempie as Hallie and Tempie's class was interrupted with Covid. Ms No Name will start class on July 30th Puppy Class. New world with changes.

Ronnie comes over this weekend for grooming Rusty so I hope she can come to swim too.

I washed Raven so have a wet belly shot of her that I will be posting. She looks better dry but Nathan is at class so he can't click. I will do one for tomorrow.

The dogs do go outside but once it gets very hot, we do activities inside. I am thankful for ait. I can't imagine how people are dealing without.

Harlow went out today and went hmm I want the air people. Are you CRAZY thinking I would like this? I laughed as we had a puppy that went home like this. Most do not like the extreme heat and they say off and on it is here to stay through September. Good - I can swim - not good as the dogs need a break.

I wanter plants now at 930 at night. Strawberries are ripening over night. Plants are loving this heat. We missed the big storm that Toronto had. I heard it was horrid.

We got hit by that storm, you couldn't see across the street, it was raining soo hard and windy. At least I don't have to water the garden, yippee!
Strawberries and lots of tomatoes are close to ripening too. And I tried this year long eggplant. Planted them in big planters since my original garden area has now shade from neighboring trees.Passionflower and mandevilla and dahlias that I keep over the winter are blooming too. Some bok choy already harvested but squirrels got to the beans. I'll try for further crops of greens.
Leo's kiddie pool heated up so fast today even he didn't want to go for a splash.
Heat till September, interesting.

Looks like Miss Bailey had a really great time in the pool! :) Thanks so much for taking such good care of her !
