Beau's Visit

To say Leti was excited was an understatement. She was over the top happy as if she won the lottery - no lie! It was wonderful for her and wonderful for him as he was just excited.

Mom says we will see him in 2 weeks. We can't wait!

Louis Update

Good evening to you both. This photo was taken today as Brian caught a moment when Louis sat still long enough. Doesn’t our baby look all grown up? 

He doesn’t sleep on my neck anymore. He started to sleep in his own bed 2 nights ago next to Glory. (They both have beds on our bed) 

Echo Update

Echo saw the vet today, who just kept saying how perfect she is! She is such a good girl, adjusting so well to her life here, and we are positively delighted to have her. Can't wait to start puppy classes with her next weekend.

Thank you again for the opportunity to bring such a wonderful puppy into our home. We couldn't be happier.

Cocoa Update

Well little Miss Cocoa has settled in 100 %. She is so confident, energetic, obedient and sweet. Zita has taken over the role of mentor.  She grooms her, plays with her and actually looks out for her. It's really quite sweet. Cocoa is Zita's little shadow. Domingo keeps an eye on everything and steps in when he thinks the rough housing is getting too intense. They all sleep together and have become a happy little trio of rascals. As I type all three are draped on me.

Ollie Update

Louis' New Family

Louis was the last to depart so we had Spirit and Sky out to play with him before he departed.

We heard he serenaded him till he got home. Wonder where he learned that when he was super quiet on the vet ride. Maybe he thought that is where he is going again.

Maddi's Mom

Sorry I am so late with the updates but I was taking down the xpen, doing laundry and all the fun things that occur when the last puppy departs. I wanted to do this right away so Leti understood.

We rather miss them but staying busy is the operative word for Leti and us. Sounds greedy that we could miss this crew but can't help it! Give them hugs from us all, please!

Maddi's Last Bath Before Departure

Oh my gad is she a riot to the max! With a wink of an eye and those eyelashes... I remember Spirit like this.

She is the 1st to depart tomorrow.

Bath - she loved it. Blow dryers - tolerated it. But all and all she was great!

I can't believe the pups will be gone tomorrow. 

It is a strange process. You love them, nurture them and then send them off on their forever journey as if your kids are off married and living afar. You count your blessings when you see them and are sad when you do not more than one can know.
