Opus loves the play inside, outside and all around. Kally loves the investigating and yes the play too.
They are adjusting to less siblings.
I have placed up one video. As this is my day off - trying to play recovery from insane days I only have the one as that is all Nathan took. I know blame it on him. LOL

Now we are down to 2, it is mighty quiet. They now ate lunch out of separate bowls. Kally will get a bath on Friday for a Saturday departure. Then it is into bed with us at night for Opus till midnext week pickup.

Leo was great for the bath and for the blow drying. Even the hanging for the photo business was okay for most of it. LOL
Tomorrow afternoon we will be down to 2. How did that happen?
Pups are starting to get lively again. they were might quiet throughout the day.

Coco, a Leti pup just gained a brother. I heard Nacho will be visiting the chickens and the horse. I can't wait to see how that goes.
Now we are down to 3 till tomorrow when it will be 2. They are mighty quiet now not sure of what is going on but they are starting their journey and that's a fun thing!

Well we went from 5 to 4 and this afternoon to 3. It happens so fast.
The pups were playing outdoors and now this little one is on a 2 hour drive home.

I am so excited for their journey. I am also missing them already as crazy as that is - that is just us.

This is Winston. He goes to his forever home tomorrow morning. He was great for the bath and blow dry and even fine with hanging him up to take photos. LOL
Here is Mr. Nacho man. He was great for the bath - not so much for the hanging him up for photos part.
Here is the gallery so you can see what I mean. I think he lacked patience as the guys were running around upstairs.
The guys had a lot of fun especially with Winston, Nami and Ellie running like crazy. I am putting up the videos shortly.

This is short blog tonight. I have to be ready for 2 pups departing on Tuesday and today after I sorted the garage. Nathan and Dennis took things to the dump so it was just me for most of the day with pups and adults. So....
Raven is playing wonderful with the pups. Today they get their last deworming for those departing this week.
I will try to get the videos up but the pups are wonderful!

Somebody that is on our waiting list but due to covid was over today for her 1st time. We had a virtual meeting with her - well Nathan did. She brought her Scottie and visited with the older dogs.
They all came up to meet the Scottie but the most curious and happy was the little gal and Number 1. Having visitors of larger dogs is always a bonus and they were not concerned in the least. It was - oh here's another dog - how fun! I am impressed with this crew. Going to hate to see them go. First 2 go on Tuesday and I am far from ready. LOL We will get there.
Will try to get the videos up tonight. Home stretch time - it is!

I put treats in the bottles and the 1st one to figure out how to get the treats out was #3 and then the gal figured it out. The adults hung around to grab the treats. LOL Such smarty pants - these 2.
Nathan had the pups outside and I had them upstairs. They have had a ton of fun today. Videos coming....
I can't believe the 1st gets his bath 5 days from today and departs 6 days from now.

The Raven is playing really well with the pups. She is teaching them and helping them to perfect their skills.
Puppies have been assigned and now we await the pertinent info. I have a very busy week. Today was my day off from grooming but life is what it is. I didn't groom and you will see the results in the main blog. I play catchup tomorrow.
I will be uploading video that Dennis sent me. Pups are REALLY perfecting their skills.
Monday, September 14, 2020 at 3:11PM Not everyone had submitted their choices. The time is NOW. Nathan is in class with Nami tonight but we will look at it tomorrow and try to expedite it ASAP. We also do not have everyone's pickup dates. Please let us know.

Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 6:40PM Pups had fun upstairs, downstairs and outside today. Tomorrow Nicolette comes for the last visit. then we start assigning pups and getting everything done for their departure. Too soon, not fast enough depending on the perspective from those letting go and those receiving. Happy times for new families and that is what makes it worth it.
Pups learned how to jump out to the deck today and did quite well. Now they are playing up a storm in their xpen. I will miss this crew... Nine more days till the 1st departs.

The morning visit went well. All the pups are pretty evenly sociable. Wrestling, some on top, some on bottom and then it flips. LOL
Number 1 was caught laying on his back getting belly rubs. That is a trusting position. A few others did that as well.Number 1 is also the first to lay down and rest. He loves catching his zzzs after play.
I will get the videos up before the afternoon visit. Then we have a Monday visit as well. Come Wednesday I start getting bags ready. It will be a busy time and an exciting anticipating 2 weeks till they go home.

I just adore this look but interesting enough he was a dream for it all.

Another one of those looks but she too was great and she was now able to put her feet on the edge which she couldn't at the 6 week bath.
The last but not least. Everyone, including him was truly great for the baths. They needed to be as it was just me as it is Nathan's day off and Dennis took the hanging up photos. I took the bath and grooming table ones. If you look at the bath gallery you will see the personalities.
I also have a gallery of them before the bath playing.
They are so fluffy and was playful after but are now taking a nap. Tomorrow you get to see them in person. Nicolette on Monday. You will love this crew!

Here is the gallery. They ran outside and then went where is the ramp? It was great to see Lex. He had to partially take off his mask as his glasses kept fogging up and it happened to the vet tech. It's hard to see and write down things when you are all fogged up. Outside has its benefits.
Now let's get into the details.
Boy - 1st born weighs 3lb 12oz
Second born boy weighs 3lb 120z
3rd born boy weighs 3lb 2oz
4th born girl weighs 2lb 10oz
5th born boy weighs 3lb 14oz
The 2 smallest is the 3rd born boy and the 4th born girl.
All did well. They are all healthy. The gal was the most wriggly - not doing that poke in me but all and all they were great.
Now we wait till the 8 week visit on Saturday. Nicolette has hers on Monday. Then choices, decisions and going home. How did that happen so fast?

There are very few photos in the gallery as we were waiting for the vet and figured those photos would dominate the gallery. Well, he is coming tomorrow. All I can say is the word is confusion. heh

I want you to know that today we weighed the littlest gal and she is now 2lb 8 oz. Now how did that happen?
Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 3:02PM I have to say I hope the weekend is warmer. Today it feels like deep fall. I do have an outdoor heater but not sure how much it covers. I will be testing it out tomorrow with the vet. LOL
Today is my day off so not much to type about except time goes by too fast.
Pups are great. They have patience in waiting till it is playtime. They are sleeping the night. I check frequently. It is crazy but I do.
