Patches is doing really well. Here's a fun video taken by her human mom.
Abby was in playing with the youmgsters trying to get into trouble. She plays well with the younger ones and the older ones but she was after the cord on the humidifier.
Oh pups... got to watch them.

Patches will be missed. She has been a delight. I will let Angela let you know who and why that dog is that isn't Patches in their arms. Okay, Patches is in Angela's arms.
After they departed we brought Abby outside.
She was running her heart out with the adults.
Then she went in and played with Roxie pups and now she is fast asleep in her own xpen by herself.
So many changes for all. Think I will take a nap before the next feeding while Nathan watches tv with the dogs.

Sandy Obrist came over for a visit. We acquired Jeannie from Sandy 2.5 years ago due to her exquisite lines. Jeannie was so excited to see her it was unreal. She has not seen her since she was 10 weeks old. She kept smiling, running around. She kept showing off her pups. It says a lot about Sandy. Our pups get excited to see us even after a long gap. It seems they do about her too. Nice!
We are now getting ready for Max to depart. I have to tell you its already been a long day and I have a ton of baths to do this weekend too. May wait and start tomorrow after Patches departs. Today I am exhausted. Tomorrow night Abby goes to bed with us. We will update you on Abby each day.
Friday, October 24, 2014 at 4:35PM Sandy Obrist came over and had a visit. Jeannie was so excited to see her it was unreal. She has not seen Jeannie since she was 10 weeks old. Jeannie knew her and was excited that she was here. It says a lot. Our pups do that but we invest so much in them. It tells me she does too.
Now we are getting ready for Max to depart. He is such a character. Can't wait to hear about his cheeky adventures. He's the cheeky one. :-)

Click on Photo for Larger ViewAs you can see you can hardly see her but we promise - well Nathan promises to do better next week. We will have lots of practice with her as she is departing in 10 days. Max is departing tomorrow evening and patches Saturday morning.
So for 10 days we will be updating this blog with Abby shenanigans and hoping the siblings send us some photos to share as well.
This is a truly nice crew. I will miss them and how did this time go by so fast?

Pups are doing well. I am with an upset tummy so blogs are... well lean. Only 3 days till Max departs - wow.

The crew is at the stage where they are testing each other. I am on top, no you are, no, I am! It is a riot! They are just about to go out and play again. Max is too smart for his own good. When we had our friend over yesterday she had a magazine she was sitting on and Max was trying to get it. He kept trying and trying.

How can it be that only 4 days away one will depart? It happens way too soon. Max will go home to a heartbeat pillow. You will have to let me know how it is received.
All the pups don't mind the rain. They are good at patience. The pen on Saturday will come down and Abby will be out in general population. Going to miss this crew!
