Over a Day Old

Here's the lineup. heh I have to say it is interesting weighing them. I weigh the girl, the dark tri, the white blaze on chest and then have to look for more subtle markings - which they have but still. For instance one has a dark tail. One has a mask under his eyes.

Here is today's gallery.

How is Roxie? She needs a bath as do all the moms but we don't do that till week 2 or 3. It's hard for them to be away that long. So, I clean up their back side and comb them out so they are knot free. Roxie is eating and having no issues other than soft stools which is VERY normal at this stage.

The weight gain is minimal but it usually is at this stage other than Jeannie. Jeannie's always gets an abundance of milk. Good news is no losses. They are active and doing well. All are of weight except the gal who is under 5 ounces. I always celebrate when they get above that.

Roxie is eating like a bear in storage but so are the other moms. Of course they want the good stuff.

What a complete change in Roxie's eyes and face. She is a happy, smiling, wonderful mommy. She has 6 adorable babies to take care of, to love.

Roxie is a Pro. She looks like she is taking everything in stride. Really calm and assured. Love the Moms. They are so caring and gentle.

Roxie does look happy. That photo above of the 6 cuties lined up on her milk bar really shows are beautiful the colours are.
