Vet Visit

She is 2lbs 7oz. The vet just loved her. She loves them all but she really liked her nature and look. She didn't flinch for any of it.

He weighs 3lb 6oz
He was almost self stacking. After all was done, he was playing up a storm. What a nice selection of pups - each has something quite special about them.

He weighs 4lb 2oz He was great till the microchip but then Nathan and the vet had a system going on and it got easier for each.

She weighs 3lb 6 oz. She was so trusting and then she looked forward to the play.

Here is the gallery of the Sage Crew getting their vet visit. Sorry I am so late getting this up but it's been a long day.

Sage Pups Play

Here is the gallery.

They are so wonderful to watch these days. I will be putting up the videos shortly so be sure to check them out.

No outside today as it was like a wet lake on the deck. So the pups played like crazy.

Depending on what Nathan is told tomorrow - or we are told - he may do a video of his speel. He so wants to be a part of it.

Play Time

Now that the pups are almost fully weaned the moms can play and teach them and that is exactly what Sage was doing and enjoying, I might add.

Check out the gallery.

Nathan finally received the last 2 emails tonight from the puppy selections. It looks like tomorrow he will start sorting through it and making charts. I had hoped he did it today but without everyone's picks - impossible. So patience - please...

This was a little different as we had to find a match for Rusty. So I groomed him this morning. We had our visit with the first family and then did one on ones with Rusty.

Here is the gallery.

It was a great day but I am ever so tired. Will Rusty have a sister or a brother? Send in your picks and the pickup date, please.

1st Day 2nd Visit

Here is the gallery.

The pups lasted a fair bit of time and now they are fast asleep. One wonders what the pups think when they have so many visits and all new people. It seems that this crew embraces the experience.

We have visits till Monday night and then we will look at the choices made. We want to get this done before our anniversary on December the 2nd and before the vet and Nathan's surgeon consult. Be sure to send in your pickup dates please starting on the 17th on December. Between Chanukah and Christmas - going to be a lot of fun in homes to be.

After choices are finalized Nathan or I will send out a request for pertinent info. Then they get to start their journey. We are so happy for you. We will miss them madly! We always do - so come visit and let's get together all of us after covid - please!

Videos of the 2nd visit are now up.  One more visit for today. That one will be on the Cinnamon blog.

Bath Time for Sage Crew

This is the apricot sable with the personality plus that Nathan adores. She was absolutely the very best, I laughed so much with her.

This is the littlest gal of everyone. She will be small as an adult. She was truly outstanding in the bath. She also cleans up nicely. She has to sometimes tell her siblings to knock it off and most times they listen to her. Since the day she has been born she has traveled inside my shirt here and there and is comfortable up against your skin. Oh, she will grow but for now I am enjoying it.

This is her black and white. He really is a tri but he is predominantly black and white with very nice markings. He was NOT happy with the bath. Are you done must have been going through his mind over and over. LOL

This is Sage's tri boy. He has been the largest all along. It would be hard to believe if he ends up on the large size as an adult with both mom and dad small. His growth has started to slow down. Some of it is being active but as he loves to eat, it appears he is now starting to slim down. He has such an adorable face and colours to match.

Here is the gallery. I will be working on the videos after.

I can't believe visits tomorrow.

Oh My

This was the 1st time the pups were in the kitchen. They have been in the upstairs hall, the bedrooms, the downstairs hall and now the kitchen.

Several including Sage's sable gal decided to go through the gate and cry that they were stuck between the door and the gate. The amount of times I had to open it up and take them out was RIDICULOUS. So when we have puppy visits, I will be placing something between the gate and door as I will certainly lose my mind otherwise.

Pups did well in the kitchen.

Be sure to check out the videos.

Play Bow

When there is an invitation to play by a dog, it is called a play bow. Sage's sable gal and Sage's brown sable were doing the play bow thing - mostly the sable was and the brown sable gal went really then she started engaging as the sister was persistent.

Here is the gallery.

They had fun upstairs and they are truly trying out the body language with each other.

Be sure to check out the videos.
