New Swimmers

This is Meadow swimming/

This is Ollie swimming. They are both VERY strong swimmers. I am impressed!

Here is today's gallery.

It was a long day for me as I brushed and combed all and did many baths. I almost washed someone that isn't going home till Wednesday. LOL I checked the calendar and shook my head at myself.

It's been a very hot today. I did take a grooming break to take photos of the new swimmers today. i like to do this just before they go home otherwise its two baths, which happened with Meadow today. That's okay.

Tanner arrived and is having a complete blast. He is loving and kissing momma canine.

I bet you Meadow is fast asleep watching how she played.

Now it is tv time early. My knee is still killing me and I need to ice and get it up with the dogs on top of me, of course.

No washing Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Sink is going in and I need a break after the holiday weekend. We shall see.

Everyone is having a truly outstanding time. Makes me happy when they are!

Question for you, you said you air dry the dogs after swimming but do you do a brushout but later once pool time is over for the day?
Yesterday I got water in a clean low bird bath tray and introduced Leo to it, 2nd time he actually laid down in it to cool off. Today I bought a kiddie pool, got both in and Leo again sat down in it. Maybe he is a swimmer as well, he might join in all your fun. And to see Meadow and Ollie swim, oh what fun.

Meadow barely made it 3 steps into the house before she fell asleep! Now I can see why! I love the shot of her and Misty going at it with saffron just looking back at them as if to say “hey, knock it off!” Meadow loves her visits! And we love that she loves it! She is hoping to make the picnic and that it is o. The 17th? Has a date been set? She is keeping her paws crossed....and sends kisses to you all (when she wakes up eventually...) lol.

Dorothy:

When they are done, I do comb and brush them out and let them dry. It works well. I used to blow dry but then I didn't look forward to swimming as it meant so much work for me. Air drying works well. But Ollie and Meadow got blown dried but they had a grooming session so they can go home.

Rochelle: You would be proud of your boy!
