Sunday, November 6, 2016 at 9:44AM Liver is good. She is holding down food. Yeah!! Progesterone says close but no pups today. Now she is considering an option to let her try to whelp naturally. She must remain at the vets. When she goes in labor or fetal drops she will call and I will go to the vets.
Pups are active but one is VERY large so she may not be able to deliver on own. So a c-section may be the way we go even if she fully recovers. This can be caused by an infection or the pups taking up too much room due to the oversized pup. She is leaning towards crowding as the issue being a stress on her body.
She is running another full panel to see what the results are after fluids and food.
Let's see we have had 2 full panel blood tests on a weekend, 1 urinalysis, 3 ultrasounds, 1 xray
The ride is unbelievable. I want a stiff drink but don't dare take one as I need to be able to head to the vets on notice.

Poor Adele and poor Talemaker. We may have pups today then if she is at whelping stage.......

That's good isn't it, she is eating and keeping it down. Did the Vet say how close to whelping she is? Will keep praying for her and talemaker family.
Values say not today but could be as early as tomorrow. I will be sleeping with a phone.

We went from possibly losing Adele and orphan pups to losing pups and saving Adele to we wait and she is doing a bit better. Oh my gad what a bleepin ride.
Keep positive, we are all saying those prayers for Adele and her pups and you too.
Darlah, I am so sorry for what all of you and Adele are going through. I can imagine how stressful this is for all. Praying for a successful outcome and, yes, poor, poor Adele.

Wow, didn't realize it was so serious until I read your comment above. Breaks my heart and my stomach does flip flops thinking about it ... Can't imagine the roller coaster you've been on.

Yes, on a rollercoaster ride and I must be too stressed as I am trying to finish the blogs and not making much progress but I will get there.
Darlah, I think everyone will understand about the blogs not being updated. Your priority is Adele. Please give yourself a break on the blogs.

Darlah, you got enough on your plate. The blogs can wait, we would like that you give yourself a small break in this stressful time. Go get something delicious to eat (since you can't have a stiff drink at the moment) to cheer yourself up!
